2. Description of Services

Flourafi Credit Solutions provides credit education, credit report review, administrative support, and personalized guidance. We do not guarantee credit score increases, specific outcomes, financing approval, mortgage approval, or the removal of accurate information. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, or mortgage lending advice.

3. No Guarantees

Results vary based on each client's individual credit profile, documentation, creditor and bureau responses, and client participation. Accurate and current information cannot be legally removed from a credit report. Flourafi does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, participating in the process, and adhering to recommended strategies. Progress requires active client participation and engagement.

5. Services Commencement and Billing

Services Effectiveness: Your Flourafi services become effective immediately upon enrollment. Your initial consultation, education access, and client portal access begin right away.

Billing Timeline: Your account will be charged on Day 3 following enrollment, allowing you a 3-day grace period to cancel without incurring charges. If you cancel within 3 days of enrollment, before the charge processes, you will not be billed.

Refund Policy: If you request cancellation after charges are applied, refunds are available if requested within 30 days of enrollment, per our refund terms outlined in your service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is the property of Flourafi Credit Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flourafi Credit Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Changes to Terms

Flourafi may update these Terms of Use. Material changes will be posted at least 30 days before taking effect, and we will notify clients via email at their registered contact address. Your continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you do not agree with material changes, you may cancel your services without penalty during the notice period. Non-material corrections may be made immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, Flourafi complies with all applicable state and federal credit services laws, including state-specific credit repair act requirements.

State-Specific Rights: If you reside in California, New York, Illinois, or any other state with specific credit services licensing or disclosure requirements, you may have additional rights beyond those stated here.
